Refund Policy

Dr Pepper accepts no-reason returns and exchanges requested within 30 days after delivery.

Eligibility and Exclusions

Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition and packaging when available. Gift cards, customized items, final-sale or clearance items, and opened food or beverage products are not eligible for no-reason return. This does not limit remedies for an item that arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or otherwise has a verified quality problem.

Return Shipping

Dr Pepper pays return shipping for approved no-reason returns and exchanges and for approved damage, defect, incorrect-item, or other quality-related returns. Contact scottcrosby69974@gmail.com before sending anything back so we can provide instructions and a prepaid return label or an equivalent no-cost return method.

Refunds and Exchanges

After an approved return is received and inspected, the refund is issued to the original payment method. Banks and card issuers normally post the refund within 5-10 business days. Exchanges are sent after the return is accepted and remain subject to product availability.

Cancellations

An order may be cancelled before shipment. After shipment, this Refund Policy applies.
