Payment Policy

Currency and Accepted Methods

Orders are charged in US dollars (USD). Checkout may accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, JCB, Diners Club, and Discover when those methods are displayed.

Authorization and Declines

By submitting an order, you authorize the payment provider to validate and charge the selected method. A declined, expired, mismatched, or incomplete payment may delay or prevent order processing.

Security

Payment details are handled by authorized checkout providers using their security and fraud-prevention controls. Dr Pepper does not ask customers to send full card details by email.

Refunds, Cancellations, and Taxes

Orders may be cancelled before shipment. After shipment, the Refund Policy applies. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method and normally post within 5-10 business days. Taxes are charged as required by applicable law.
