Where do you ship?

We ship only within the United States, and standard shipping is free on every US order with no minimum.

How long does delivery take?

Processing normally takes 1-2 business days, followed by 4-6 business days in transit. A tracking number is provided when the order ships.

Can I return or exchange an item?

Yes. No-reason returns and exchanges may be requested within 30 days after delivery, subject to the exclusions in the Refund Policy. Dr Pepper pays approved return shipping.

When will my refund appear?

Approved refunds return to the original payment method and normally post within 5-10 business days after issuance.

Can I cancel an order?

You may request cancellation before shipment. After shipment, the Refund Policy applies.
